Mr. Brain's Pork Faggots

BBC News: Family of faggot fans fly the flag

"A West Midlands family is playing a central role in the quest to raise the profile of a forgotten British dish - faggots.

"The Doody family from Wolverhampton has been crowned The Faggot Family in a national competition, and to kick off their reign they will launch National Faggot Week."

Those poor little faggot children... This reminds me of a Dave Chappelle clip I saw. It was about a white family with an controversial racial last name.

Mr. Brain's Pork Faggots' name is so outlandish that I could not, would not, believe it was real at first. That BBC article is straight from the Onion.

I mean, who would eat anything made by a Mr. Brain, let alone faggots?

@kkdither thing is faggots was the name of that food before it became associated with gay people, before then faggots was a English unit applied to various-sized collections of sticks, I think
