Primaries usually have a turn out of 10 to 15 per cent. They are real sleepers to most. But it does impact on the general election in April. So if you didn't vote today, don't be standing in front of the ballot in April and asking yourself "How did these assholes get on the ballot?"

Read on FB that McKinley is closed due to a bomb threat, so if you normally vote at McKinley then you now go to Festival Hall..

If I were there I would be voting, but because I'm living out of country I'm only allowed to vote in Federal elections.. boo

Yesterday, Case High School was closed due to a security threat. How much money is this costing us? Some of what comes to mind is wasted teacher salaries, no education minutes, the cost of emergency transportation, police to manage traffic, the potential for injury due to panic or whatever... Kids making threats because they are angry, looking for fame or power, or they just want to go home... the degradation of society at its best.

I vote at Festival Hall. When I walked in this morning, a woman asked me, "Are you voting for McKinley?" I thought, "What's he running for?"

It was 11 AM and I was only number 9.
