Sweet Swedish Winter

For Jed, no not ABBA but some Swedish music.. one of my favorite songs that gets me through the very long, very dark, very dreary Swedish winter days.. it's not quite winter yet, but with all the talk of Christmas decorations going up I thought I'd bust this one out and they finally had it on youtube..

Tack, varför inte, för att skriva ett inlägg för mig. lol

I feel like making Why Not some meatballs or sardines or something.

PS I'm not giving up my ABBA yet

Nice song. I don't think I could take those winters.

Winters here are truly tough, I think not having a car to use makes it a little more difficult knowing you have to stand out in the cold and dark, trudging through the snow to get to a bus on time really makes you not want to leave the house.. But the dark is really what gets me.. I bought a light therapy lamp from Walgreens, I did light therapy a couple of years ago at a clinic that helped a lot, but cannot afford it right now.. The lamp I got on clearance hoping it helps..

The darkness is why I said that. I remember you mentioning the light therapy. My old shrink sad the lack of sun in the winter made my depression worse. I hope the light helps you.
