Thanks for posting. That is absolutely true. I went cold turkey a couple of years ago and gave up my addiction to cola. What a difference. I also try to avoid high fructose, very salty and as much processed foods as possible.

The sweetener substitutes are still an unknown or worse, a cover-up in place. I'd rather consume granulated sugar than use the chemically altered substitutes. I'm fairly certain they will find or release the bad news on how those are causing unhealthy weight gain, diabetes and metabolic problems, and probably contributing to cancer and other disease.

Of course, I do eat out once in awhile, and occasionally eat some chips and other bad-for-you things; but usually, I have to drink a ton of water afterward because I really notice the thirst associated with those foods.

I drink little or no Soda, because I don't really care for the failure to use real Cane Sugar In the product. Like Global Warming Is a problem of increasing size from many years back. Our health problems (I believe) are continuing to increase do to technology In food preservation, taste, etc. going back to at least the 50s?
