I'm listening to the wind howl, my blankets are making a great argument for me to return to them!

Not as windy here today, thank goodness.

IT'S FRIDAY!!!!

I agree with you lizardmom about staying in bed today.

I took Drew to work and the wind is getting really bad out there. Then with the snow blowing some places are like a white out. So if you have to go out please be very careful!

We had about 40 inches of rain last night, and It ended with about .0001 of snow. ( that's a ten-thousand of an inch by the way )

I came home for lunch and discovered we have ants in our bathroom.
Seriously?

Hale - your state doesn't surprise me too much anymore. That bill yesterday allowing religious discrimination was way over the top.
Glad you have a day off though.

My stomach troubles are back. I was sick all last night and it's continuing today.

All of my friends can see my new avatar, which shows our three dogs, including Daisy who Is now In doggy heaven. She was so thin In this photo, but she was happy lying between her two girlfriends, who miss her much. The Golden Mobe seems to miss her the most, because they were together for 8 years. Winnie Is just Winnie, she really doesn't seem to be too concerned, but does look around from time to time, especially outside. I know Daisy doesn't look good In this photo, but she was still herself, and got around just fine. She just finally had enough, and we could see It was time.

Guess what? I sold my old letterpress on eBay for $600!

Guess what? It arrived at the buyers house broken in two places. It's cast iron. I had to give her a full refund.

Now I'm making a claim with FedEx. I've barely started and they're already giving me guff. How am I supposed to find the original invoice for something I bought 40 years ago, used?

These things have become collectors items and their value is whatever someone is willing to pay. I've seen some larger, full outfits go on eBay for over $1200.

I thought I was over this stomach crap. I don't know what to do. It's been going on for years and I've seen every doctor in the city. I've had three different doctors say, "I can't help you." That's very discouraging to hear from an MD.

You sold that letterbox press, Orbs!? Wow! That thing weighed a ton! I can't see how that thing would have broken... I'm sure Fed Ex somehow did. Good luck on your claim.
