*WOW* County Executive Jim Ladwig has a close working assocation with the Osterman's, Monte and Mary, while being a Board Member of an Organization (DRC) alleged to be involved in Organized Criminal Activities!
Is Monte Osterman, who is a Defendant in a Federal RICO lawsuit and alleged to be involved in Organized Crime, laundering money through the Root River Council, using the organization for private gain, and claiming status he has not been granted by the IRS?
Fraud, Bribery, Collusion, Money Laundering, Bid-Rigging, Misconduct in Office,Denial of Rights under the Color of Law, and who knows what else, all courtesy of the Root River.
