What's a bigger problem in Wisconsin and devastates more families and children?
1. Heroin
2. Alcohol and the attendant behaviors that accompany it's use and abuse.
3. Illegal gambling operations being run in Licensed Establishments that serve alcohol and in Gas Stations that peddle it.

When will Rich Chiapete be making the rounds of Raine County Schools and speak out against Alcohol abuse, drinking and driving, fleeing the scene of an accident,lying to the Police, resisting arrest, and refusing to cooperate?
The biggest criminals in Racine County are in the government. Their tacit approval of 2 out of 3 ain't bad, I guess, because they all participate and profit from those two. Now if only they could profit from Heroin.

There was also another meeting the previous night at Gilmore Middle School in Racine. Reports said that sadly, the turnout was very low.
Heroin and its derivatives are in the schools, however, it is not published or rarely spoken about. While names must be kept confidential since these are minors, the incident of location should be reported. Keeping it quiet only gives parents a false sense of security.
Chiapete is a bigger danger to Racine County than heroin will EVER be!! True Dat!

RACINE — Racine County prosecutors allege that for 11 days last month, a Village of Rochester man secretly recorded his female roommate in her bedroom after hiding two video cameras inside.
James F. Straube, 44, of the 400 block of Woodlawn Avenue, was charged Wednesday with four counts of capturing an image of nudity and one each of stalking and invasion of privacy by using a surveillance device. According to his criminal complaint, Straube’s former roommate located a video camera on April 11 inside her bedroom after trying to put up new curtains.
“She noticed a little black box Velcroed to the curtain rod in her bedroom,” the complaint stated.
That little black box faced part of her bedroom, as well as her bathroom and shower. She told City of Burlington police that when she took the memory card out and downloaded it to her computer, she found about 10 videos, two of which captured her. The first video “on the device was (of) Straube setting the camera up and then leaving the room,” the complaint stated.
Police searched Straube’s two laptops, reportedly finding about 23 videos from the hidden camera, shot since April 1. Some of the videos taken by the spy camera placed on the curtain rod showed the woman partially and fully naked, the complaint stated.
In one video, the woman is seen changing out of her work clothes and walking in her bedroom in a pair of yellow underwear — her breasts visible, according to the complaint.
