Being WHITE and RICH sure pays off!

Thanks to Prosecutor Rich "Double Vision" Chiapete for letting him off easy.

For those who may want to see all the motions and procedural roadblocks and games played in this farce,

Go to CCAP

It is: State of Wisconsin vs. Samuel Curtis Johnson III

Racine County Case Number 2011CF000376

The charges were:

Count No.
1: 948.025(1)(e) Repeated Sexual Assault of Same Child (At Least 3 Violations of 1st or 2nd Degree Sexual Assault) Felony C
2: 948.06(1m) Incest with Child by Stepparent Felony C
3: 948.06(1m) Incest with Child by Stepparent Felony C
4: 948.06(1m) Incest with Child by Stepparent Felony C

There are currently 288 entries in the court records events listing!

“Any hope of successfully prosecuting the defendant on the felony charge is virtually nonexistent,” according to Repischak.

He stated “the only viable option available,” other than dismissing the entire case, “is a misdemeanor resolution.”

A message was left Monday for District Attorney Rich Chiapete, but he couldn’t be reached for comment.

It's CELEBRATION TIME! Alright!

Hey RICH! Just remember, I don't Want You To Drink and Drive!

I must wonder... if he wasn't Rich, White and a Johnson, would he have been allowed to remove his victim from the State of Wisconsin and have her held by the Mother, in another State?

Pink Floyd - Pigs (Three Different Ones)

Shouldn't that have been kidnapping and possible witness/victim tampering? What role did the Mother play in this sordid affair? Was the victim being brainwashed and held against her will? Was she administered drugs or the subject of psychological mind altering techniques? Why didn't the State step in and assume custody to protect the victim?

Pink Floyd - Sheep

I think it is possible. After all, Tracy Stier Johnson lives a fairy tale life, all the best that money can buy. All she had to do was keep her Daughter out of Wisconsin, away from the authorities, monitor her every move and word, and keep her away from the legal process, denying her a voice.

Pink Floyd - Dogs

Perhaps money can't buy love, but it can buy off unhappiness and make one extraordinarily comfortable.

Pink Floyd - Money

Justice certainly can be bought off. There is still no justice for the poor in Wisconsin. Especially in you are of Color.

Pink Floyd - Run Like Hell

Racine is one sick community - because it is the Rich and White of the Community who are condoning this. The poor will just continue to be victimized by the(in)justice prison industry of Wisconsin.

I notice that The Journal Times just became aware of the World-Wide Waukesha Story and published an AP article that wasn't factual or accurate because it didn't fit their anti-gun agenda. Same M.O. that The Journal Times used in covering up Kurt's crimes and giving him a pass.

*WOW* a sensational crime story from Waukesha - and a warning for parents everywhere to watch what their children watch - much less the children of others.

From The Daily Mail:

Revealed: Father of girl, 12, who stabbed 'school friend 19 times to prove Slender Man myth was real’ proudly shared her sketch of horror creature on his ‘DEADBOY’ Instagram

The parents of Morgan Geyser, one of the two 12-year-olds charged with trying to murder their friend, have Instagram feeds featuring skulls
Morgan and her friend Anissa Weier were allegedly trying to be proxies for a mythological horror creature called Slenderman with the attack
In one Instagram post from mid April, Morgan's father Matt shared a photo of a drawing 'Mogo' made of Slenderman
His handle is 'deadboy420' in homage to a 'stoner rock' band
Both her father Matt and mother Angie have Gothic-themed photos
Email addresses connected to Matt Geyser were various forms of 'ILOVEEVIL' and sometimes included '666' at the end
The friend that Geyser and Weier stabbed 19 times miraculously survived and is said to be in stable condition at a hospital in Wisconsin
The character came from the website Creepypasta Wiki where users share fictional scary stories
Administrators have defended the site as a place for fictional works not a 'crazy satanic cult'

From The Milwaukee Journal/Sentinel:

Charges detail Waukesha pre-teens' attempt to kill classmate

In wake of stabbing, shaken parents stress need to monitor Internet

Slender Man angle fuels TV reports in Waukesha stabbing story

Bicyclist who discovered gravely wounded girl issues statement

Known to kids, Slender Man evolves from joke to phenomenon

You haven't seen it in The JT or AP papers because the narrative doesn't fir their agenda.

I'm flabbergasted that he got jail time. I figured there was no way he'd be in jail or prison.

Well, he's not there yet. At ex-Alderman Fair's sentencing they took him to jail immediately afterward. Mr. Johnson gets a week to get his affairs in order.

OKIE said...

If your rich and white in America the punishment will NEVER fit the crime.
Disgusting.

The Journal Times told us for a week that the prosecution has no case against Johnson.

The alleged victim is un-cooperative.

The mother is un-cooperative.

The father is un-cooperative.

The clinic where Johnson allegedly admitted his crime is un-cooperative.

No one is allowed to see any medical records.

Why wouldn't a guy worth a lot of money and an army of attorneys say, "Charge!"?

FIRST, In no way do I condone what Mr. Johnson did, but WHAT ABOUT the drunken bastard that kills your son or daughter or wife or husband, and on and on? Many times the get NO jail time, and a fine, they will NEVER pay, not to mention they will go right back on the road. OUR ENTIRE justice system In regards to sentencing is FUCKED up.

I have to agree on many of the comments above. There is no consistency in sentencing. I am also shocked that jail time was given. Good, but is it enough? Nothing can ever undo the actions.

I go both ways when thinking about this case relating to a trial and prosecution. The right thing would be what is right for the child. She does not deserve any more pain in her life. But is this is what the child really wanted? I'm not so sure that what has transpired will bring closure.
