"The Take 5 Lounge at the Marcus Renaissance is open for dinner and drinks before, during and after a movie.

"Featuring a menu of 12 beers on tap and a variety of mixed drinks, a selection of appetizers, sandwiches, burgers and Zaffiro’s Express pizzas, Take 5 officially opened at 4 p.m. Thursday.

"Prices on the menu range from $8.59 for appetizers like Asian chicken with edamame to $8 and up for wraps and burgers. French fries are not included and will run guests $1.99 extra per order. Food is served in red checkered cardboard with matching wax paper and dips and sauces come in small plastic cups.

"Seating includes a handful of booths that are easy to slide and in and out, tables that seat two to four guests and a couple of lounge spots in front of a giant screen that plays movies. Spectre, the latest release in the James Bond franchise, opened Friday and Skyfall was the feature during the early hours of the evening.

"There are also a number of television screens above the bar and in the back corner of the room that were tuned Friday night to both professional and college basketball games.

"Take 5 was constructed in one half of the theater’s lobby, just behind one of the ticket booths."

Ooh, neat.  Now moviegoers can add drunks to the list of annoyances that they have to put up with..
