Proposed new criteria could reduce classified obesity population by 20%

I love this country.  Too fat?  Just change the definition of obesity.  We do this with all sorts of things.  Too stupid?  Just lower the test standards.  Too much crime?  Just change the definition of crime.  Ain't the USA grand?
