He and his wife, Mary, are neck deep in the corruption in Racine. Who gets all the contracts for marble in city hall's bathrooms? What marble firm do you think will get the contract to repair these headstones? Will it be Osterman Granite & Marble, again? Do ducks fly?

In the video, Monte marvels at how the vandals accomplished what they did. He talks about how diffcult it would be for amateurs to do this. Hmm, makes one wonder if professionals were involved. I wonder what firm would stand to profit from the desecration of Mounds' monuments?

Over and over, this is where the money goes: from taxpayers' pockets to the pockets of lying John's pals. They don't even try to hide it anymore. They just do it and arm themselves when we complain.
