Scott Walker’s cowardice should disqualify him

Giuliani, the former New York mayor; Certainly don’t look to Walker, who, in trying to establish himself as the man to lead the country after the 2016 election, is avoiding anything that might resemble leadership.

At home in Wisconsin, Walker’s leadership has been conspicuously missing. His tax cuts have left the state with a $283 million deficit that needs to be covered by midyear and a deficit projected at $2 billion for the two years beginning in July. Bloomberg News reported this week that the state will delay $108 million in debt payments due in May — a move that will ultimately increase the amount Wisconsin has to pay.

"UNDRESS ME"

Those are all good looking people. No one wants to undress the ugly.

"Racine Mayor John Dickert And Other City Officials Allegedly Exchange City Emails Containing Words Such As 'Nigger' 'Coon' 'Wetback' 'Monkey' 'Ghetto' 'Kickback'"

From Racine Community Media:

"A witness in the federal case has testified in a federal deposition, that she heard
Mayor John Dickert proclaim: 'It is time for these niggers to go back to Waukegan.'

"The city appears to have failed to turn over the documents related to a major civil rights lawsuit against Mayor Dickert and various city staff and elected officials. The failure to do so has caused attorneys in the case to file a 'motion to compel' with the Milwaukee federal court, whats contained in the document is utterly disgusting, insulting and totally unacceptable and is leading to a huge increase in cost to the taxpayer of racine. Read the recently filed, motion to compel, at the link below.

"Racine residents demand to know the current cost of the lawsuit, city taxpayers have been footing the bill for over 10 months, paying for all legal costs for Mayor Dickert and the other city officials."

Dear Madame Zoltar

Hello, my Chilly Willies!  How are you?  Welcome to the deep freeze.  Tomorrow is supposed to be even worse, with a high of zero.  Compared to last winter, of course, this is nothing, but I’m complaining anyway.  Stop the madness!  Raise the temperatures!  Somebody do something. Open the doors and windows of City Hall and let all the hot air out.  That alone should raise us ten degrees.  The Zoo should burn all the animal feces that they can for heat: https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20070704012150AAwxiuj And how about letting some of those deserted homes in the ghetto burn down instead of “saving” them?  The Fire Department should be on hand to see that the fires don’t spread.  Too cold for you?  Torch your neighbor’s house.

We have now officially entered the spring election period.  Expect to be bombed with expensive mailings from various candidates and robocalled every few hours.  Watch the mud fly and the candidates lie.  Just when you think no one could sink any lower, a candidate, or staff member, will.  I’m sorry that I have such a dim view of politics and politicians, but I didn’t start out that way.  Decades of lies molded my view.

I am going to make an endorsement in the Mount Pleasant President race. Madame Zoltar endorses Mr. Jerry Garski for Mount Pleasant President.
Wasn’t Gleason a comedian?  And a damned good one at that.

Once again the “strange strangeness” of Señor Zanza rears its head.  This happens at every polling place that Señor Zanza has taken me to.  I always ask if he’s coming in with me and he always says no.  I tell him that he can register on the spot, but he says no.  When I ask why, he mumbles something about a governmental misunderstanding.  A “governmental misunderstanding” like “I’m a felon and can’t vote.”?  He never wants to discuss the matter further and always distracts me with a fine dinner after I’ve voted.  Unfortunately, food is my weakest point.  I love good food.  Too much, I’m sure my doctor would say.

Thank you, my dears, for visiting my blog today.  I love each and every one of you.  All of you. Even the people who hate me.  They need my love the most.  Thank you for taking time from your busy day to share a few moments with me.

Is it OK to tie politicians who have robocalled you into a chair and force then to listen to their sales pitches for the next twenty-four hours, with ear buds/headphones taped to their heads at maximum volume?  How about at minimum volume?  Ask: MadameZoltar@jtirregulars.com

Thank you to all the nameless crossing guards all over the city who stand out there in the cold protecting our children.  If you know one, thank him/her.  Winter conditions remain, obviously, so be careful when driving or walking.  Look out for the other guy because oftentimes he doesn’t give a buffalo chip about safety.  I’ll see you next week, God willing.

"The Incredible Efficiency Of A Russian Snow Plow | Video"

As Break.com says it: "If only there was video of it meeting one going the other way."

Weekday (not so) Funny

A quick note for YouTube Users

Currently 300 hours of videos are being upload to YouTube every minute.

So if you can't find it on YouTube, its not out there or happening.

Walker is at it again

I bitch about polotics but I have to question this one:

Walker’s new budget proposal would slash $300 million from the University of Wisconsin system over the next two years. That’s a 13 percent reduction in state funding.

$300 mil sounds like a lot of money but over 2 years is it really that bad? I know we are dumping a lot of cash into the UW System and I would like to know where the dollars go. I have the feeling people look at the UW System as the University of Wisconsin, Madison. The system is all over the state, Milwaukee, Parkside, La Crosse, Green Bay, Whitewater, Oshkosh, Stevens Point, Eau Claire, just to name a few of the larger ones. The UW educates approximately 180,000 students on 26 campuses, and serves more than one million citizens through statewide extension programs

It seems like it's harder and harder for kids to get INTO college yet the colleges are yelling "Gimme dat money"; for what. I believe Asswipe...sorry, Walker screwed over Racine's school system.

I feel every kid who graduated from high school, has the right to go to college. You don't need to pass SAT or what ever tests they have out there to get in. You have one semester to make the grade or your out, come back next year.

So am I wrong thinking this reduction may be good? Is Walker doing this just to 'toot his horn' while he makes a run at the Presidency?

I guess if I know the answers to many of these questions I would run for President, well Governor.

'drag queens'

Not every person in the photos below is a 'drag queen,' and that there's a big difference between a transgender person, a transvestite and a drag queen. A transgender person is someone who does not identify with their assigned sex and would most likely not want to be referred to as a 'drag queen.' A transvestite is a cross gender male who enjoys wearing women's clothing. A drag queen tends to be someone who dresses in women's clothing more for performance or entertainment.

Some of these dudes really know how to dress like a lady....

"MASH (funeral scene) 'Suicide is painless'.flv"

That was a great movie and a great song.

Dear Madame Zoltar

Hello, my fellow survivors of the blizzard of 2015!  How are you?  Actually, for early February, we’re not doing too badly.  There’s snow cover and lots of snow banks, but we’ve generally been in the 20’s and 30’s, temperature-wise.  One of the streets near my home was plowed in better shape right after the storm than it is today.  Maybe snowboarding urchins threw snow back on the street so they could “surf” at night.  There’s hilly terrain here.  I always slow down well before approaching a main intersection.  I’ve seen a few people slide through.  Then there’s no traction as you’re trying to cross this busy street.  Suddenly, the tires catch on the dryer surface of the cross street and you lurch forward.  I’ve seen a lifetime’s worth of idiot drivers in Racine.  The snow and ice just makes them more idiotic.  And dangerous.  I give a very wide berth to anyone I see clowning in the snow in their car and to those who obviously don’t know how to drive.

We have primary elections coming up and Madame Zoltar® endorses Alderman Ed Diehl for Mayor of Racine.  If Mr. Mayor Dickert wins another four years in office, and if at the end of that time (ten years in office), Racine is not a “top ten city,” what happens?  Will someone repay us the wasted tax dollars?  Where do we go for a refund?

In others news, Junior is in love.  Her name is Annette, and he has never spoken to her.  Nonetheless, he’s in “love” with her.  He’s been trying to think of an impressive Valentine’s Day gift for her that he can afford ($13.96).  I said “Gift, schmift, tell her that you’ll put in ten hours for her, doing whatever she wants.  Clean the kitchen.  And then dinner at the Hob-Nob.  For ten hours you are her slave.  Now, that’s a Valentine’s Day gift.”  But first he has to work up the courage to talk to her.  As of this writing, he plans to “trip” and fall in front of her, then get up and introduce himself.  Who knows?  It might work.

I wonder if Señor Zanza will get something for me.  Oh dear, should I be getting a gift for him?  Such are the vagaries of courtship.  Maybe I have something I can regift . . .

Will you, my readers, be my Valentines?  I’ll be yours.  I’m in love with the world, anyway.  Thank you for taking the time to read my blog.

Is it lust or love?  Who the hell knows?  MadameZoltar@jtirregulars.com

Be careful out there.  There’s plenty of snow and ice to fall or crash into.  When driving, watch out for children.  They’re easily overshadowed by the snow banks, especially at corners.
