Hubble's 19th Birthday Picture

Hubble was launched 19 years ago. Instead of taking a picture of Hubble for its birhtday, it took a spectacular image of a couple of interacting galaxies (Click to embiggen or download the high res images).


This is an amazing mashup...I will let you read about what's going on here at Unvierse Today...my flight leaves soon!

Bobster...Will they ever have to go up there and clean the lenses? Isn't there space dust and crap flying around out there?
