All this blogging must have improved my words per minute. Not a bad skill to have in the event of a job loss.
When this website first began, they offered you plenty for free. I used it to hone my skills. Not sure how much you get if you download it now. It is a very good program, especially for beginners.

HA! Got you beat there Toad. I did 74 wpm with a 94% accuracy. How the heck did that happen?
Forgetaboutit...I really suck at typing. About a word a minute, seriously...All I use is one finger.

I do not type well, especially under duress. I can't see very well, either, so I'm not too ashamed.
74 is smoking! I was happy hovering in the 60's. I think I have test anxiety.
It was the coffee. The second time it was a lot slower. I did the Wizard of Oz one. Strange.
I'm hanging out in the low sixties wpm with around 90-95% accuracy.. pretty fun.. although I liked the one I took a few days ago that said I was in teh 70s somewhere..
It's a good skill. My mom has accredited getting the jobs above minimum wage (even though she was a stay at home mom with very little job experience) because she could type 80 wpm.
