I think it's done snowing for now..

My first attempt of publishing photos

After 4½ days of constant snow fall this is what it looks outside our door.. Yuck, it's going to be a terribly long winter.
Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving.

The hardest thing to do here is post images. You did great. Blogspot now offers a new editor for creating blogs which is supposed to be easier and more intuitive for image posting. Perhaps we should consider switching to it.

As for the snow: WAAAAAH! I'm a crybaby.

Not in a box, not with a fox. I do not like it here or there, I do not like it anywhere!

Tornadoes during the week and snow on the weekend.... nuts. We just got barely a trace here in La Crosse... little bit of rain Wed night that froze but what was gone by morning.

I can hear the theme music from Jaws. Snow is coming!

I'm not sure how much it ended up being.. But in the back it's up to the middle of step one and two, I refuse to go out and measure it, makes me want to puke.

As for the girls, Mina absolutely loves it. To her snow means that Santa is coming even though we try to explain to her that we have to wait awhile more she doesn't really believe me. This is the first year she has started to talk about Santa and it's fun to watch the excitement in her eyes. Maia on the other hand is not a big fan of the snow, it just makes it more difficult for her to walk and run.

Thanks for posting the pics Why Not. It's always fun to "look" at snow.

Nice pics Why not! I think you did a great job there in posting the pictures! In time, you'll get the hang of it. It takes time, patience and a little practice...

I just got back from being Up North. There was about two inches of snow on the ground at my folk's place. I noticed the snow line to be around New London.

Thanks all, getting more snow today. Woke up to a fully out blizzard. Walked to Church and there had to be at least 3-4 inches on the ground. I went to bed after midnight last night and it wasn't snowing then so it came on pretty hard and fast. Wish I had a camera right now to show you what it looks like outside my in-laws house.. the pile of snow on their bikes is amazing. Heard word that it's supposed to snow for the rest of the week with possiblities of getting around 3ft of snow. I sure am glad that my schooling is mostly done from home now a days... yuck.
