1. It was very nice and pleasant.
2. Nothing much, hung out with family. Christmas day we didn't even get out of our PJs (as per my family tradition growing up). Spent time as our family of 4 playing out games and enjoying each others company.
3. Didn't make one
4. Hopefully I will be just days away from being a nurse by this time next year.. Other than that.. more of the same from this year.. was hoping to get home to Racine but don't think it will happen..

I was kinda in the same boat as SER, only I wasn't in the hospital. I was sick for 3-1/2 weeks, so the holidays kinda went right through me (along with everything else). It's ironic how all the specialists and high falutin' medical tests failed but my good old family doctor succeeded. (Indeed, it may well have been the original test that caused the problem.)

My New Year's resolution is to stay healthy.

My prediction is that Mme. Zoltar will always be right.

1. Quiet
2. Not much, made a big ham on the grill and all the fixings.
First time we've spent Christmas with just the two of us in ... forever!
3. Don't do them
4. none

1. Some of it was very nice, other parts, not so nice.

2. Family gathering for X-mas, nothing special for New Year's...

3. Taking better care of me.

4. No. I'm pretty much a fatalist. I think things that are meant to happen, will eventually happen, and things that aren't, usually don't.

I'm no Zoltar, but I really don't see too many positive things happening in the upcoming year. I don't ever recall things looking this bleak or feeling this desperate.... Too many unemployed, too much financial strain, too much violence, terrorism, loss of privacy, general fear.... just not good.

1. great
2. Christmas eve at my moms ending in a severe and lasting asthma attack from her cats, tho put away and cleaned up after, nearly killed me once again...
Christmas Day was here with his family, New Years Eve, went to bed early, New Years Day - opened at work
3. to not make them, I can feel like a failure any time, don't need to add another reason.... (rough week, can you tell???)
4. Eventually winter will end, followed by a very brief warm period followed by more cold...

1) Great!

2) Went to my folks in Pickerel on Christmas Eve, then to my girlfriend's sister's place in Appleton on Christmas Day. Stayed home and played cards on New Years Eve.

3) Get healthier and focus more on family.

4) I predict that the sun will rise each day...

I wonder what Madame Z's predictions are...

1. My holidays were stupendous!
2. Christmas was spent here with Biggie D and Grandma...unfortunately, Grandma fell on Christmas night; if not for Biggie D, I think she would be in a nursing home.

New Year's was spent here, again, with friends and family....Grandma got to see her only Great Grand-daughter for the very first time.
She was tickled beyond tickled...After Christmas night, we thought perhaps that would be a good idea!

3. Spent more time with Biggie D and start building our home in SC
4. Live through the year....

I'm at a good place in my life...Biggie D has made things so much better for me...God does answer prayers.
