Dickert wants to take the public access out of public access TV and replace it with his propaganda.  He sees CAR 25 as a commercial for himself instead of a pulpit for the public.  He already has bids on managing CAR 25.  Apparently, he solicited those bids without the complete knowledge of the Cable Commission and the City Council.  To be honest, it sounds a bit disingenuous of our "leaders" to say they had no idea that this was coming when the bloggers have spoken about it for years.

If Dickert takes over car 25, then he should rename the entity Car 54.

OKAY JTIrr's, now list the reasons why.

The even bigger component of this story is that Dickert instructed an MIS employee to remove legal documents from the alderman's desks regarding a 10K donation to the City......If you want to communicate with your elected officals you must go through Dickert and get his approval first???? It's shameful.... How long will Racine take this crap?!?

Expect Dickert's perverted sense of duty to continue to negotiate the sale of government funds for special interest. The future Car 54 will highlight the misdirected Dickert and his pagan puppets absconding the tax payers money, all in the interest of the betterment of the community, of course.
And to answer your question of how long will Racine take this crap. The answer is a l o n g , l o n g time.

A free country and he already has the John Dickert Times in his pocket so why not add a cable channel to his propaganda team?
