"RACINE — NAMI-Racine County, 2300 DeKoven Ave., will host a free program on Racine County Behavioral Health Services at 6 p.m. Monday, June 16.

"Speakers from the Racine County Human Services Department are Mary Jane Whitmore, clinical director of Behavioral Health Services; and Michelle Goggins, Adult Services Division manager.
