"RICO lawsuit against City of Racine/Elected Officials Moves Forward"

From RacineUncovered:

"Racine Community Media is reporting that Federal Judge J.P. Stadtmueller accepts RICO Corruption case against Racine Mayor John Dickert and friend and county board mnember Monte Osterman along with his wife Mary Jerger Osterman, various other elected officials and some business owners.

"The judge has scheduled a conference date for September 25th, meaning the lawsuit has been accepted by the federal court systems. The response that was to be given by the City of Racine by September 11, 2014 is null and void according to Racine Community Media Online.

I hope now that it is going federal, it will either be recognized as the problem as stated, or finally be put to rest from a non-connected third party as not having merit. This city NEEDS some truth. This city needs a resolution and a restoration of trust in the governance.

I've attempted to read both sides of the complaint, but both sides have been scattered in their version of the truth (as they see it)

There is only one side to the truth, and you would have to be blind not to see it. Or involved.

Corruption is king in Racine.

I will be interested in seeing the facts all come out.

Let's be honest, you don't want to hear the truth, as you have so eloquently stated in your other posts, further evidenced by your threats and censorship activities. Maybe you should be the one looking in the mirror.

Click your heels three times and see if you are still in Racine.

I've read the recent complaint. The judge accepted it and told the City Of Racine to not even respond, the evidence is so overwhelming and a response from the city is not necessary, this is going to federal court with Extortion, Money Laundering and Bribery. SO, how can you say you've read both sides? The judge hasn't even accepted a response from the City!

It's people that try to cloud the facts and shift the focus that are also a huge problem for Racine. Racine needs a huge federal investigation and for residents to stand up and say enough is enough and demand change and help save Racine! READ THE COMPLAINT FOR YOURSELF BEFORE YOU COMMENT SUCH FOOLISHNESS!! Thank you and have a nice day!

It isn't going to you to decide. It is going to a higher court to be decided. That is how our judicial system is run. Of course they have postponed any declaration. The federal decision will supercede anything local.

I've never stated which "side" I take. I need facts, not just the ravings of an anonymous. Get over yourself and watch the nasty, angry remarks. You are a guest here.

I'm not the one promoting corruption, censoring comments, and making threats. You are.

Why do we even need courts since you already clearly made up your mind? I however witnessed the whole thing. That's why I am anonymous. Has that ever crossed your mind? Or the fact that many of us have been right about this all along, and were simply asking for a proper investigation? Well that day has finally come and very soon you will hopefully realize the additional damages that you are causing with more lies, attacks, censorship and propaganda.

Not only do we have the legal battles to deal with, but we also have people like you confusing the issue, propping up the criminals, and targeting the victims. Maybe you should get over yourself first.

I hope you're proud of what you've become.

Meanwhile, nothing but silence from The John Dickert Times on this story.

I guess it is "people like us" who said we are glad that this is finally going to a higher court for a nonpartial decision are the ones promoting corruption and are the ones you should be calling names. Makes perfect sense.

It wasn't enough that people have been claiming corruption in Racine for years. Even now that a federal judge has stated that this case has merit, you are still not sure which side to support? Definitely, whatever you do, don't support THE TRUTH! Don't support FREEDOM OF SPEECH! Don't support CIVIL RIGHTS! You don't want to hear about all of the FEDERAL CORRUPTION going on right under your nose! And by all means, don't allow people to post facts on YOUR PRECIOUS WEBSITE!

What about all of the other cases yet to unfold? Have you ever heard the terms fair weather friend, bandwagon fan, or oxymoron? Just keep backpedaling, as long as it doesn't affect your hit counter.

No one ever called you names. It is quite the opposite. Instead of debating the facts, you change the rules to fit your argument, and when dealing with an intelligent adult, you resort to childish habits. But you have my IP address!!! What exactly are your planning to do with that, or are you just using intimidation tactics and making empty threats? Seriously.

I have nothing against you, I don't know who you are, and I don't care who you are, unless of course you are personally involved in the corruption, which I doubt (but it is likely that you may be friends with those who are). I only stand for the TRUTH and JUSTICE. When this is all over, I will buy you a coffee and say I TOLD YOU SO. That will be enough for me.

Until then maybe you can learn something from this. I certainly hope so.

Careful Anonymous, you're teetering on the edge of being "off topic" The blog is about RICO lawsuit

Anonymous said...

Oh no! With all of the crimes and corruption going on, what is truly important is if a comment on your blog is, gasp, off topic!

Which it is not. Wow. The desperation to keep others out of your reindeer games is getting sad. Unless you are being sarcastic, it's hard to tell.

Are you not entertained?

Beejay said...

Nope. Does that answer your question?

Personally, I will be interested in seeing what comes out after qualified people review the case.

Apparently you didn't understand the reference. Just keep piling on the hate. Who would put themselves through this if it wasn't all true? And what other things will be uncovered? Just you wait.
