"Woman Charged After Trying To Rip Off Husband’s Penis"
From Racine County Eye:
"A woman suffering from postpartum-depression and other mental health issues was charged after she punched, bit and tried to 'rip off' her husband’s penis at a residence in the 3400 block of Ivy Lane on Monday, according to a criminal complaint by the Racine County District Attorney’s Office.
"The 28-year-old Caledonia woman was charged with a misdemeanor count of battery – domestic abuse, disorderly conduct – domestic abuse assessments, and a misdemeanor count of bail jumping. If convicted, the woman faces up to one year, three months in prison and/or fines up to $21,000.
"According to the criminal complaint, the woman had been drinking and had just starting taking her medication for a mental health issue when she confronted her husband about cheating on her. She had also been evicted from her home earlier that day. The man refused to let the woman take their baby and her two children from the home, and the two started arguing.
"A witness told an officer with the Caledonia Police Department that the woman lunged at her mother-in-law, who was holding the baby, and knocked her down to the ground. She then lunged at her husband, who lost his shirt and his pants were pulled down.
"The woman 'began hitting him with a closed fist and opened hand approximately 13 times, as well as bit him in his left shoulder.' She also 'grabbed his penis in a violent manner as if she wanted to rip it off,' and the woman 'refused to release his penis, she ended up on the ground,' according to the complaint.
"The man had several scrapes and scratches, but did not seek medical treatment. He told police that he didn’t want the woman arrested, but wanted her to get help for her mental health issues."

A Time to Reflect
Some days there are times you hear a song on the radio or during a movie that puts you back in time. To me this is one of those songs.Kick back for a few minutes and enjoy.

Israel Kamakawiwo'ole died in 1997 at the age of 38. He had suffered from morbid obesity his entire life, topping 750 pounds at one point. He died in the middle of the night of respiratory failure. I’m very disappointed in the summer weather we “enjoyed”
this year. That’s all we can do about it: complain. It’s rained for the last two days and that knocked
a lot of foliage off of the trees.
I have fond memories of burning the leaves in the fall. A doctor of the highest caliber once told me that smells are our strongest, primal sensor.And I also have fall memories of my favorite team, the Green Bay Packers. Wearing their hat gives you the privilege to shout out a hoot and a holler every now and again. They slaughtered the Miami Dolphins last weekend. Now, this Sunday the great Packers take on the Carolina Panthers at 7:30 PM on Carolina turf. Slaughter them, too, please.
I see from the front page of the newspaper and on many local TV stations, that there was a mini-riot at the Housing Authority of Racine County because they started accepting applications.. It's rather embarrassing, seeing so many turn out so early (many slept overnight). It speaks to the poverty of our community.
I hope we see a healthy number of challengers to Mr. Mayor Dickert. I'd love to see a clean race.
Ha.
In the meantime I have to assume that anything goes.

I had a wonderful time visiting with Chris, the owner.
His dad actually started the business in Kenosha, back in 1972.
They later moved to Lathrop Ave, then to Greenbay road,
where Best Buy originally was, next to the old Menards, before moving to their current location, with that awesome, bright pink mailbox!
Boy, has this town changed!
What started with home audio,
how entails car audio, alarms,
remote starters for your car/vehicle,
and also includes dash cams and window tinting.
Last winter was brutally cold.
This year is predicted to be possibly even worse.
Personally, I can't face another frozen winter, having to sit in my car, freezing my hiney off, waiting for my car's pitiful, frozen engine to warm enough to drive home.
With that in mind, I had Sound Decisions put a remote start
in my car. Now, when I'm close to ready to leave, I can start it up,
from the warmth of the house, and go out, and get into a cozy, warm car, when it's well below zero out. I'm in no way looking forward to the arctic winter, but feel much better knowing I will not have to freeze in the process.

The Lunar Ecplise
Kinda thought that Hale-bopp would post a fabulous photo of the lunar eclipse here on the JTI, but due to the weather conditions down in Arizona prevented him from getting any snapshots. In the few minutes before I had to leave for work, I stepped outside of my apartment to snap a few personal pics with my trusty Sony DSC-H2 camera. I was able to get great views on the way to work.

Hello, my esteemed readers!
How are you? The colors outdoors
and in the pictures that Ms. Tender Heart Bear posted below are stark reminders
of fall. Darn it. The colors are pretty, but I’d trade them for
more heat. I’d pay $100 for a box of
Girl Scout cookies (Thin Mints), if it guaranteed no winter, or less winter
than usual. Unfortunately, we know I
can’t do that. I don’t have the money
and I’m not that stupid. I grew up when
words still meant something.
My friends and local gardeners did pretty well. I think the worst I’ve heard about here
equals about average output. “If only it
was a little warmer.” Yes, that big, old lake affects weather all us around and
in it. It’s almost always “cooler by the
lake.” Such areas are called
microclimates and often allow you to grow things that a person out in the
country couldn’t. And vice-versa.
It seems like a rip-off because summer stayed cool. Also, is it a harbinger of a cold
winter? The Weather Witch isn’t talking.
What is sure is that our kings of the field, the Green Bay
Packers, spanked the butts and kicked the asses of the Minnesota Vikings. Now, after ten days off (not good in my
book), our valiant Packers will meet the Miami Dolphins at noon on Sunday, October 12, at the Dolphins, coverage by
FOX.
I’m going with my beloved Packers; I just have to. Go Pack!

I am trying to find some really nice pictures to share with you but it is hard because some trees are turning brown with dead leaves and they are by the trees that are just starting to turn different colors. I had a nice visit and interview with Joe, who, with his sister, own and operate Pepi's. They were on Main Street in late '05/early '06. They've been in their current location on 6th street for 4 years. It's comfortable and homey. With lots of bar games, pinball, arcade games, foosball, air hockey, pool tables and more!
When I asked how he would describe his place, he said it's like a "high class dive bar with fast, casual dining"
Pepi's also sponsors many leagues.
His goal is to expand to have an outdoor area.
They have 24 American draft taps, rotating seasonally.
Every 1st Friday of the month, they feature a brewery, where a rep comes out and you can learn more about them.
More things he wants you to know -
They have the best bloody Mary's in town.
They have the largest cider selection, and have gluten free options. There are 2 dedicated gluten free cider lines, and their beer lines are cleaned and sanitized every 2 weeks.
The food is good, the atmosphere is welcoming and Joe is a wonderful host.

"Paul Revere, Leader of the Raiders Rock Band, Dies at 76"
"Paul
Revere, the organist and leader of the Raiders rock band, has died. He
was 76. Roger Hart, manager for Paul Revere and the Raiders, said he
died Saturday at his home in Garden Valley, Idaho, from cancer. 'He'd
been quiet about it for some time,' Hart said. Treated at the Mayo
Clinic, Paul stayed on the road as long as he could, then retired
recently back to Idaho, where he and his wife, Sydney, always kept a

"Blood Moon Returns, Bigger & Better Than Ever"

"The second of four blood moons appears early Wednesday morning, this
one even bigger and better than the one that rose last April.
"Called a tetrad, the series of four blood moons is the first of many during the 21st century, according to a story from CNN. For the almost 300 years leading up to the turn of the 20th century, there are no tetrads recorded.
"Because this moon takes place so soon after the closest part of the Earth – called the perigree – in the moon’s orbit, the moon look almost the size of a super moon, the story reads.
"NASA eclipse expert Fred Espenak told CNN that having four lunar eclipses of this fashion in a row is rare enough, and is special because they’re visible from most areas in the country.
"A full-on lunar eclipse is what causes the moon to glow reddish-orange and residents who live in the western half of the U.S. will have a front-row seat to the show. Here in Racine County, we’ll get a slightly less glamorous version."

What's on the Menu!
This is a recipe that my youngest daughter loves to make. My mom taught her how to make this and she just loves it. This is really good.
Spinach Stuffed Turkey Loaf
Meat mixture
1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons minced onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 egg
Filling
1-10 ounce package frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
1 cup shredded cheese
2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
Topping
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon mustard
Combine meat mixture ingredients in large bowl. In 9x13 pan put wax paper and spread meat mixture. Put filling mixture on top and roll it up. Pinch sides together bake at 350 degrees for and hour. Then the last half hour put the topping on and bake for the last half hour.
I hope everyone will enjoy this recipe.

Hot Damn!
But nobody was promising anything. It reminded me of my early days of AA. I made a self-imposed rule back then: if I don't know what to do, do nothing.
I didn't know what more I could do about the computer problems. I figured out workarounds. Then, suddenly, about 10 minutes ago, they started working again. I had done nothing.

Sad news with the announcement of Mr. Curtis Johnson’s
latest problems. As if Racine
didn’t have enough trouble already.
Sad news, too, with the announcement of the JT Irregulars
lockdown. I understand why, but I still
bemoan the possible loss of some posters.
And I still feel hurt, tired, and confused. Once you see an individual and meet him/her,
it’s usually difficult to spam them.
They’re no longer just a username on a blog or comment. Things here went quite the opposite the other
day. It’s too bad.
The experience with events leading to the lockdown has tired
me. I’m going to call it quits here and than all of you for reading my blog
today. Families come together when

It would stand and watch me shave.
Now as old age approaches,
It sure gives me the blues.
To see it hang its little head,
And watch me tie my shoes!!

Fall Colors Pt 1!
Yes it is that time of the year again with all the trees changing colors. It is really beautiful when this happens every fall. But I think this year we may not see to many colors with how the cold weather hit us so quick. I am going to try to get as many pictures as I can to share with everyone.
