Pink Floyd - The Story of "Wish You Were Here" (2011)

STRANGE MAGIC & LIVIN' THING - ELO (HD)

Dear Madame Zoltar

Hello, my dears!  How are you?  I'm fine, I guess, I think, I don't know.  Lord Zoltar had the audacity to make an appearance on my front doorstep.  I let Señor Zanza deal with it.  It completely fried my shit.  I went into hiding.  I can't deal with that man/machine.  I want nothing to do with him at all.  Thank God that Junior didn't witness the act.  That's all I need.  From what I understand, Lord Zoltar left here in pieces.  I hope he learns his lesson.

How about this weather?  Two major storms hitting over the Thanksgiving holidays.  More and more, I believe in climate change.  We've messed it up good.  Mother Nature is drunk and out on her feet.  I hate to say it, but there's very little chance that we can correct this.  Very little.  It's taken us 150 years to mess things up.  We aren't going to fix them in a week, or a month, or even a year.  We have to make a concentrated effort.  We must change our ways permanently.  Or else.

It strikes me that I haven't spoken of our great heroes, the Green Bay Packers.  After last week's loss, I don't know if I want to.  Boy, did they stink.  And the mighty have fallen to 8 - 3.  I hear the radio sports talk people discussing who the next Packer quarterback is going to be.  Aaron Rodgers, is your time with us almost over?  Say it ain't so.

Meanwhile, the Irregular Fantasy Football league plods along.  My position in the standings has fallen to 5th place, but I have clinched a playoff spot.  Here's how it looks:

The Half-Astrophysicists maintain their death grip on first place, but Mr. OrbsCorbs is giving them a good run for the money.  We shall see how it turns out.

Tomorrow, of course, is Thanksgiving.  We're doing it at home with me, Señor Zanza, Junior, and his special friend.  He won't even tell us what gender his friend is.  Anyway, we'll have more than enough, so if you need a place to dine for Thanksgiving, give our place a try.  And we don't care what gender, if any, you are.

Little known historical fact: Thanksgiving was started in 1789 when the Pilgrims at Plymouth Rock slaughtered the Native Americans and ate their flesh.  Ever since then, the turkey has come to symbolize the Native Americans.  Gobble-gobble!

Do they still do a big feed at Festival Hall for Thanksgiving?  I thought that was a nice event, bringing the community together.  And who should be the biggest turkey there of them all?  Why none other than our own Mr. Mayor Cory "Butterball" Mason.

Oh my!

Thank you for reading this week's blog.  I love you all.

Study: Wisconsin's Foxconn deal could depress economic activity by "tens of billions of dollars"

From The Journal Times.com:

MITCHELL SCHMIDT Lee Newspapers

MADISON — A new George Mason University study has found that economic development subsidies, specifically Wisconsin's incentives for the controversial Foxconn project, could cause more economic harm than good.
The Mercatus Center's "Economics of a Targeted Economic Development Subsidy" study, which looks at the economic case for and against targeted economic development subsidies, focused on Wisconsin's pledge of $3.6 billion in incentives to Taiwan-based electronics manufacturer Foxconn Technology Group.
"The weight of economic theory suggests that these subsidies do not work and may even depress economic activity," according to the study. "We show that under realistic scenarios, the subsidy may depress state economic activity by tens of billions of dollars over the next 15 years."
In 2017, Wisconsin promised nearly $4 billion in state and local tax incentives to Foxconn if it invested $10 billion and created 13,000 jobs over 15 years while building a 20-million-square-foot campus in Mount Pleasant.

Marijuana Legalization Bill Advances in Congress After Sweeping Victory

House Judiciary Committee Chairman, Jerrold Nadler, during the hearing about the MORE Act.

For the first time in history, a congressional vote approved a bill that would end the federal prohibition of marijuana. The Marijuana Opportunity, Reinvestment and Expungement Act (The MORE Act), which was introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives in August, passed the chamber’s Judiciary Committee on Wednesday, Nov. 10, by a 24-10 vote. “The MORE Act will now be sent to the full House of Representatives. This is a historic moment in the decades long campaign to end marijuana prohibition at the federal level,” the Marijuana Policy Project announced.
Although surveys found that most Americans believe Congress is too distracted by the ongoing impeachment process to work on legislation (a sentiment the Republican Party and Donald Trump largely fostered), congressional Democrats are proving them wrong. Congress officially launched what Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas) appropriately dubbed the “War on the War on Drugs.”
“For the first time, a congressional committee has approved far-reaching legislation to not just put an end to federal marijuana prohibition but to address the countless harms our prohibitionist policies have wrought—notably on communities of color and other already marginalized groups,” stated Erik Altieri, executive director of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML), the largest pro-marijuana activist group in the country. The MORE Act, which is sponsored by Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-N.Y.) in the House and Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) in the U.S. Senate, was already hailed as “the most comprehensive marijuana reform bill ever introduced in Congress” back in August. Not only does it plan to entirely remove all mention of cannabis from the Controlled Substances Act—which would de facto decriminalize cannabis federally and allow states to regulate it—it also plans an excise tax on the sale of cannabis products to fund social justice initiatives; in particular, to support and uphold communities of color that were most heavily impacted by the War on Drugs.

From Dennis Montey

We were going to wait until Wednesday to release this article. That was to be the date of the meeting with the Mayor.  But, as there appears to be some activity at the site, here we go.
Last week I was fortunate to overhear the details of a meeting to be held this Wednesday, with the Mayor, for Louis Structural to pitch a project Here are the details as I heard them.
The proposal to be pitched involves the Case Clausen Works site In Mt. Pleasant.  This site has been vacant for quite some time and is owned by Mt. Pleasant.  Racine has the first right for refusal, as the site is adjacent to the Racine Wastewater facility.  The site is approximately 100 acres.  The City would be interested in 25 acres for the wastewater treatment expansion.  The other 75 acres is the subject of this scheme.
On the surface the proposal sounds like a great, environmentally conscience approach.  Something the Mayor could easily support.  Here are a few factors involved in this proposal.  Garbage would be thermo-hydraulically cleansed.  That is heat and a lot of water.  Garbage would then be compressed and amalgamated into structural building blocks.  Machines for this process are made by M.D.A., an Italian firm that sells only two of these machines a year.  Once made, these garbage bricks would need to be transported.  But wait, the railway spur was removed long ago and the same problem that has left Racine isolated from easy transportation of goods or tourist destination advantage is the lack of convenient access to the Interstate system. The developer of this process plans to leverage exclusive rights for the equipment sales in the United States with the purchase for this project.
If this sounding more and more like a Machinery Row type scandal, wait.
Where is the garbage coming from?  While some will be from Racine, who has done little homework or planning for the imminent closing of the Kestrel Hawk site, when it reaches capacity, the bulk will be from CHICAGO!  That’s right.  Regular barge traffic from Chicago will bring hundreds of thousands of tons of their garbage to Racine.  How’s that for a big positive for Racine.  Racine, the garbage Mecca for Chicago.  What will happen to the garbage spilled and wind-blown from this traffic?  Imagine the explosion in the populations of vermin and terns feeding off this veritable buffet.  What a wonderful use of lakefront property.  For those of you who have been in the neighborhood of the wastewater treatment plant when the wind shifts, you can only imagine the stench of thousands of tons of week-old garbage waiting in the sun to be processed.
How do they propose to finance this project, outside of the city’s [your tax dollars] financial input?
This is where the ‘Smart City” and “Zero Waste” dollars come into play. Part of the advantage of this “Smart City” movement for elected officials. Is the new source of cash and the opportunity to appoint,  through nepotism, their buddies to a “Smart City” consortium which would administer these funds.  Essentially an RDA for the Eco movement.
Initial infrastructure investors are expected to see a 16 time return on their investments with no ownership rights.  The proposing developer maintains ownership  and acquires exclusive rights to sell the machines in the United States and Racine residents are left with the impact of importing 25,000 tons of trash on a monthly basis.
Keep your ears to the ground folks.  This “Smart City” evolution will bring a stream of charlatans to reap the benefits of the gullibility of our City’s administration and the abundant influx of available grants and funds.

More polio cases now caused by vaccine than by wild virus

LONDON (AP) — Four African countries have reported new cases of polio linked to the oral vaccine, as global health numbers show there are now more children being paralyzed by viruses originating in vaccines than in the wild.
In a report late last week, the World Health Organization and partners noted nine new polio cases caused by the vaccine in Nigeria, Congo, Central African Republic and Angola. Seven countries elsewhere in Africa have similar outbreaks and cases have been reported in Asia, including the two countries where polio remains endemic, Afghanistan and Pakistan.
In rare cases, the live virus in oral polio vaccine can mutate into a form capable of sparking new outbreaks. All the current vaccine-derived polio cases have been sparked by a Type 2 virus contained in the vaccine. Type 2 wild virus was eliminated years ago.
Polio is a highly infectious disease that spreads in contaminated water or food and usually strikes children under 5. About one in 200 infections results in paralysis. Among those, a small percentage die when their breathing muscles are crippled.
Donors last week pledged $2.6 billion to combat polio as part of an eradication initiative that began in 1988 and hoped to wipe out polio by 2000. Since then, numerous such deadlines have been missed.
To eradicate polio, more than 95% of a population needs to be immunized. WHO and partners have long relied on oral polio vaccines because they are cheap and can be easily administered, requiring only two drops per dose. Western countries use a more expensive injectable polio vaccine that contains an inactivated virus incapable of causing polio.

America’s Invisible Pot Addicts

More and more Americans are reporting near-constant cannabis use, as legalization forges ahead.

Photo by Elijah Nouvelage / Reuters.

The proliferation of retail boutiques in California did not really bother him, Evan told me, but the billboards did. Advertisements for delivery, advertisements promoting the substance for relaxation, for fun, for health. “Shop. It’s legal.” “Hello marijuana, goodbye hangover.” “It’s not a trigger,” he told me. “But it is in your face.”
When we spoke, he had been sober for a hard-fought seven weeks: seven weeks of sleepless nights, intermittent nausea, irritability, trouble focusing, and psychological turmoil. There were upsides, he said, in terms of reduced mental fog, a fatter wallet, and a growing sense of confidence that he could quit. “I don’t think it’s a ‘can’ as much as a ‘must,’” he said.
Evan, who asked that his full name not be used for fear of professional repercussions, has a self-described cannabis-use disorder. If not necessarily because of legalization, but alongside legalization, such problems are becoming more common: The share of adults with one has doubled since the early aughts, as the share of cannabis users who consume it daily or near-daily has jumped nearly 50 percent—all “in the context of increasingly permissive cannabis legislation, attitudes, and lower risk perception,” as the National Institutes of Health put it.
Public-health experts worry about the increasingly potent options available, and the striking number of constant users. “Cannabis is potentially a real public-health problem,” said Mark A. R. Kleiman, a professor of public policy at New York University. “It wasn’t obvious to me 25 years ago, when 9 percent of self-reported cannabis users over the last month reported daily or near-daily use. I always was prepared to say, ‘No, it’s not a very abusable drug. Nine percent of anybody will do something stupid.’ But that number is now [something like] 40 percent.” They argue that state and local governments are setting up legal regimes without sufficient public-health protection, with some even warning that the country is replacing one form of reefer madness with another, careening from treating cannabis as if it were as dangerous as heroin to treating it as if it were as benign as kombucha.

The Next Generation of Nazi's ?

Secret courts are a Red Flag !!!

Judge Eugene "Gagthebitch" Gasiorkiewicz

 Judge Lisa "Legal Whore" Neubauer

It appears the next generation of Nazi's may
already be within our government and courts.

Working under the guise of divided partisan politics, numerous republicans and democrats within our government collude to subvert our constitutional rights. They work under the premise that the easiest way to control the population is to keep the public divided.

The entire judiciary is comprised of partisan politics.  Not a single judge has publicly spoken up or rejected the secret courts being conducted by
 "Gagthebitch" Gasiorkiewicz
 and  "Legal Whore" Neubauer.
The criminal and ethic complaints filed into the Attorney General's office and Judicial Commission were ignored.
View the complaints below:

https://issuu.com/communicatornews/docs/verified_complaint__gasiorkiewicz_-

Why were the complaints ignored? Because of the black robe code. The black robe code is used collectively by the judiciary to silence the truth and thwart any attempts to break the code.
It is their secret society to act with impunity,
above the law and above reproach.
This is the very hypocrisy of our courts.

Secret court's in Nazi Germany were routinely used to
control and cull the population.
These secret courts removed political dissidents,
religious scholars, political sympathizers and others deemed
 "undesirables" by the Nazi regime.

Since the Nazi courts were secret, there was no public oversight,
therefore the public at the time had no idea what happened
to their neighbors and friends.

Secret prisons, concentration camps, assassinations and death camps flourished under the Nazi empire
without the general population's knowledge.

The press was silenced as these events unfolded in Nazi Germany.
Underground presses sprang up as fast as they were shut down.
The truth was withheld from the public and misinformation was provided from the Nazi government.

Could this same scenario be playing out in America today?

The parallels are stunning.

Mainstream media is collapsing in America.
Misinformation is now commonplace and accepted as truth.
Alternative media is now considered reliable.
Record numbers of imprisoned citizens.
Law enforcement kills at will with impunity
Equal protection of the law is discarded.
Our court’s are above the law.

Think about this;
Judges, both individually and collectively must respect and honor
the judicial office as a public trust.  Judges must strive to maintain
the trust and confidence of the legal system.
The effectiveness of the judiciary rests ultimately on
the trust and confidence
that the people confer upon judges.

When government becomes the lawbreaker,
it breeds contempt for law as it invites every citizen
to become the law unto themselves,
thus inviting anarchy.

The State Attorney General’s office and the Wisconsin Judicial Commission refused to take action against these two criminal judges,
the secret court's were condoned and protected by the the very government institutions who regulate the judiciary.
We have a corrupt court system fostering secret courts and
following the path of a Nazi Resurgence.

The secret courts conducted by
 "Gagthebitch" and "Legal Whore"
may be bellwether courts used to test the awareness and resolve of the public's acceptance of such secret courts.

Control the courts and you control the sheeple.

Sandy Weidner vs. City of Racine

HIDDEN TRUTHS

Sandy Weidner vs. City of Racine
Court of Appeals case # 2018AP001189

Judges Schmudges
or
Disorder in the Courts

Court of Appeals Chief Judge Lisa Neubauer continues her sick administration of Justice with abuse of the calendar against Appellant
Sandy Weidner.

Judge Lisa "Legal Whore" Neubauer

It will soon be 4 months since the court had the duty
to calendar Weidner's appeal date. As of today there still is no court schedule on file to conduct hearings.

We remind the public that Chief Judge Lisa Neubauer had earlier illegally sealed the entire court record and engaged in criminal misconduct to the detriment of Sandra Weidner !

Neubauer as acting chief court of appeals judge in this case had violated Wisconsin Statutes 59.20(3), 757.14, the 1st. Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and
Wisconsin Supreme Court Rules.

So how can Neubauer and other criminals within our courts continue to flagrantly engage in misconduct in office without being sanctioned, censored, disciplined, criminally charged or removed from office?

The answer is simple.
The public doesn't hold government officials accountable.

You the public are responsible for voting these criminals into government. Year after year the public elects these public serpents into office, so in essence most of you are getting what you deserve while the rest of us has to endure the ignorance of our fellow citizens.

Sandy Weidner is one of our citizens who is enduring the pain of criminals in our courts and government.

Sandy Weidner

Sandy Weidner has fought the good fight for the betterment of our community, then to be trampled by corrupt government officials and corrupt courts.

In Racine County Circuit Court, Sandy Weidner's rights were both denied and violated by Judge Eugene Gasiorkiewicz, along with 5.8 million Wisconsin citizens.

Not to be outdone by a lower court, then Court of Appeals judge Lisa Neubauer also denied and violated the rights of 5.8 million Wisconsin citizens.

So why hasn't Sandy Weidner's court case been calendared ?
Based on conjecture and speculation, Judge Neubauer is afraid that her 3 panel court of appeal peers may decide to
overturn the outrageous rulings of
judge Eugene "Gagthebitch" Gasiorkiewicz whom
Lisa "Legal Whore" Neubauer was complicit with by
sealing the entire court record.

Or perhaps the 3 panel court will hold Neubauer accountable
of her crimes.  Naw, the black robe code will silence that.

 The answer is simple,
Lisa Neubauer is just evil.

Judge Eugene "gagthebitch" Gasiorkiewicz

We could go on and on and on but we won't.

We close with this.

"Gagthebitch" and "Legal Whore"  are a couple of corrupt judges made for hell.
