National Geographic Magazine's Top Photos of 2008

I like the picture of the people being deprogrammed from too much internet use. What are those on their heads? Kitty carriers?

REALLY great information. Thanks Orb's. I LOVE the concept of Digital, but STILL have my problems. I have several Digital's of different type, but still wonder if my old 35mm slr is still the best? I guess I am too stupid to understand all of the options on the LCD screen.

I miss the little eye-hole that you looked through in older cameras. When I try to frame a shot on my digital camera in bright light, I can't see the screen. As for all the bells and whistles, forget it. It took me months to figure out how to shoot a close-up.

Btw, real men don't read directions.

I was putzing around just this morning with my camera and found a new feature that I didn't know existed. I've had this camera for over a year. I thought I had pushed all the buttons already.

The problem is that they can do so much, you forget what buttons to push to do the basics.

p.s. orbs, this wo-man doesn't read them either.

My camera doesn't work well. I took a picture of me and I was UGLY! And I'm not (LOL) So I took another one and I looked like death. I think mine needs cleaning. Stupid camera.

to continue...I want a pic of me to post on Profiles. 2 guys from eHarmony asked me to send a pic but I don't have one. Everytime I think I look good I call my son to come quick and take a pic but he's always busy. Maybe I should ask the guy next dor. LOLOLOL
