ATTN: MAYOR CORY MASON & RACINE
CITY ATTORNEY SCOTT LETTENEY

I WILL PAY FOR A COMPLETE NEW
UPGRADE ON THIS OLD OBSOLETE CABLE TV PRODUCTION SYSTEM !!!!!

PLEASE DEDUCT THIS NEEDED PUBLIC
ACCESS MEDIA EQUIPMENT. FROM THE
JUDGMENT, THAT THE CITY OF RACINE,
WILL BE ORDERED TO PAY ME. BECAUSE OF MACHINERY ROW DEVELOPMENT CLAIM BALANCES
THAT WERE NOT PAID.
ALONG WITH NEW, ADDED TORT ACTIONS ,THAT HAVE NOT BEEN FULLY
TALLIED AS OF TODAYS DATE.......

CAN THIS NEW NEEDED UPDATE TO THE CABLE SYSTEM BE DESIGNED TO BECOME MOBILE AS WELL ????

ONE THAT CAN OPERATE FROM FEDERAL PRISONS AND DETENTION
CENTERS & FACILITIES OF THE SAME

THAT WAY YOUR FAMILIES WILL BE ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH YOUR DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES VIA CAR 25 !!!!!

We need a Scott Nelson put back in charge of our cable channel, funded
by the entire "take" of the cable franchise fees.  The city has no
business stooping to the low level of funding city activities with our
cable channel fees.  The City budget should be funded by property taxes
and legitimate fees only.
