Wisconsin's opportunity gap for Black, white students still among worst in U.S.

As in previous years, 2024 testing data show Wisconsin had the largest gap in reading and math scores between Black and white students of any state in the U.S.

For Wisconsin fourth graders, 51% of white students tested "proficient" or better in math. For Black students, the score was just 5% — an opportunity gap of 46 percentage points.

Those are among the 2024 results of the U.S. Department of Education's National Assessment of Educational Progress test, sometimes called the "Nation's Report Card." Released Wednesday, the results reflect how fourth and eighth grade students performed on national math and reading tests, which are distinct from Wisconsin's Forward Exam.

Overall, Wisconsin students tested better than their peers compared to national averages. The state's eighth grade students scored third-highest in the U.S. for math, NAEP data show.

In an interview, state Superintendent of Public Instruction Jill Underly said the NAEP results are a high standard to meet, and are different than grade-level proficiency.

She also said the 2024 results reflect a need to increase funding for public education in Wisconsin.

In particular, Underly said what's needed to address disparities in test results between Black and white students are school resources: among them, highly qualified teachers in classrooms, quality school nutrition, mental health resources, child care, after-school programs and funding for literacy in Wisconsin Act 20.

"If we're serious about closing opportunity gaps and setting up all students for success, we have to stop underfunding public education," Underly said.

Without those resources, Underly said, forces like poverty continue to take a toll on students' ability to learn.

Wisconsin could address the gaps, she said.

"We know what will fix it," Underly said. "But yet, our state Legislature just chooses not to. And that's the hard part for me to accept as a human, and as a mom, and as a teacher."

2024 math and reading scores for all Wisconsin students

• Grade four math: 42% of Wisconsin students tested "proficient" or better compared to a national score of 39%. Wisconsin's 2024 data represents no significant change from the 2022 score of 43%, according to NAEP.
• Grade eight math: 37% of Wisconsin students tested "proficient" or better compared to a national score of 27%. Wisconsin's data from 2024 represents no significant change from the 2022 score of 33%, according to NAEP.
• Grade four reading: 31% of Wisconsin students tested "proficient" or better compared to a national score of 30%. Wisconsin's 2024 data represents no significant change from the 2022 score of 33%, according to NAEP.
• Grade eight reading: 31% of Wisconsin students tested "proficient" or better compared to a national score of 29%. Wisconsin's 2024 data represents no significant change from the 2022 score of 32%, according to NAEP.

• Grade four math: 51% of Wisconsin white students overall tested "proficient" or better compared to 5% of Black students.
• Grade eight math: 45% of Wisconsin white students overall tested "proficient" or better compared to 7% of Black students.
• Grade four reading: 38% of Wisconsin white students overall tested "proficient" or better compared to 8% of Black students.
• Grade eight reading: 36% of Wisconsin white students overall tested "proficient" or better compared to 9% of Black students.

Washington, D.C. reported a larger gap between Black and white student test scores, according to NAEP data.

How did Milwaukee Public Schools students perform in 2024 standardized math and reading tests?

District-by-district test results from the NAEP are available for 26 large urban districts around the U.S., including Milwaukee Public Schools.

The 2024 data show MPS students tested below their peer group of large urban districts.

• Grade four math: 12% of MPS students tested proficient or above, compared to 33% for large cities. MPS' 2024 data represents no significant change from the 2022 score of 11%, according to NAEP.
• Grade eight math: 8% of MPS students tested proficient or above, compared to 23% for large cities. MPS' 2024 data represents no significant change from the 2022 score of 7%, according to NAEP.
• Grade four reading: 9% of MPS students tested proficient or above, compared to 26% for large cities. MPS' 2024 data represents no significant change from the 2022 score of 12%, according to NAEP.
• Grade eight reading: 15% of MPS students tested proficient or above, compared to 26% for large cities. MPS' 2024 data represents no significant change from the 2022 score of 14%, according to NAEP.

At the top this weekend is the white terror threat, in the context of a warning that DHS gave about the impending white terror.

The entire media/government is now officially stating outright that normal white people are the same as Islamic terrorists.

The Department of Homeland Security, established to fight Moslems following 911, is saying that people who are against virus measures or think there was fraud in the 2020 election are terrorists.

The upcoming 20th anniversary of 9/11, religious holidays and more pandemic restrictions amid a COVID-19 surge caused by the delta variant, could give rise to terrorist attacks in the U.S, the Department of Homeland Security is warning.

DHS’ National Terrorism Advisory System bulletin issued on Friday, warned that threats from domestic terrorists — individuals engaged in grievance-based violence — and foreign terrorists are exacerbated by the pandemic, “including grievances over public health safety measures and perceived government restrictions.”

The bulletin said that racially or ethnically motivated extremists will exploit the reintroduction of COVID-19 variants as a means to carry out attacks because of reimplemented pandemic restrictions.

Does that even make sense?

This is the third NTAS bulletin the Department has issued since January.

The DHS also warned that because of the upcoming 9/11 anniversary foreign terrorists or people inspired by foreign terrorists might seek to carry out an attack around the anniversary.

Al-Qaeda released an issue of Inspire magazine for the first time in over four years, with the hopes of inspiring people to carry out attacks, according to the bulletin.

The bulletin also warned that domestic violent extremists have targeted houses of worship. “Historically, mass-casualty domestic violent extremist attacks linked to RMVEs have targeted houses of worship and crowded commercial facilities or gatherings,” it read and that some RMVEs (racially motivated violent extremists) “advocate via online platforms for a race war and have stated that civil disorder provides opportunities to engage in violence in furtherance of ideological objectives.”

Every article you read oscillates back and forth between Moslem terrorists and white “RMVEs” – this is just a simple psychological manipulation technique to group together whites with Islamic terrorists.

This is insane and it is happening.

The entire machine that was built up after 911 to attack Moslems in the name of Israel is now being pointed at normal, Christian white people who know the 2020 election was a hoax and don’t want to be vaxxed.

The fact that they are announcing impending terrorism – what does that mean?

After Indian Speaker Fantasizes About Slaughtering Whites, Yale Says That’s Not Their Values

 

On Friday, former New York Times journalist Bari Weiss posted a video of Indian Yale psychologist Dr. Aruna Khilanani saying that she wants to kill white people. The video was from an April 6 Zoom meeting, and was posted to the Yale website.

In the Yale Child Study Center Grand Rounds talk, called “The Psychopathic Problem of the White Mind,” Khilanani says that she wants to kill whites randomly.

“I had fantasies of unloading a revolver into the head of any white person that got in my way, burying their body and wiping my bloody hands as I walked away relatively guiltless with a bounce in my step, like I did the world a fucking favor,” she said.

The Yale School of Medicine has released a statement claiming that they found the “tone and content” of the speech to be “antithetical to the values of the school.”

The school said it added a disclaimer before the video warning of profanity and violent imagery.

One of the reasons that Khilanani cited for wanting to murder random whites is that they don’t wear their masks enough.

While Yale has issued a statement saying they don’t support this sentiment, they have not apologized for it.

Meanwhile, Khilanani has stood by her statements, telling the New York Times she has nothing to apologize for.

Khilanani is part of a growing industry of anti-whiteness advocates which are playing an increasingly large role in academia, and also in primary school. What she represents is the underlying ideology of “critical race theory” which is now being taught in K-12 classrooms across America.

The incident happened at a Little Caesar’s Pizza in Augusta, Georgia.

The negress is seen going totally buckwild, holding the skank, who has bleached blonde hair, up by her hair as she punches her in the face. She then drags her outside the door by her hair, and stomps on her head.

The negress has been identified as Brittany Kennedy, 25, and the skank as Emily Broadwater, 22.

At time of writing, Kennedy has not been arrested because police don’t arrest people anymore. But she has a previous mugshot from back when police arrested people.

That there is a powerful beast.

The incident allegedly started when negress pulled a chair out from under the skank. It has been revealed that the two were acquainted with one another.

At one point in the beating, a black child comes up and tries to grab the skank. At first, I thought this was the child of the negress joining in to help mama beat that white devil (genetically evil). But then I noticed the baby’s skin is much lighter.

When the white girl stands up after the beating is finished, she says “my baby!”

So the halfbreed is hers. It was actually protecting its mommy, not joining in the battle.

Apparently, this white bitch was having sex with that black bitch’s man.

She said on Facebook that it ain’t be like it do, but y’all know bitches be lyin’.

Black women generally don’t like the fact that white women is be stellen dey mayne.

However, we should also understand: this is part of a larger, emerging trend.

Blacks have been attacking white people every day in America for decades. But it’s really going to start getting a whole lot worse now that they’ve pulled the police.

Murder rates are doubling every year, but up until now, it is still blacks killing blacks. At some point soon, blacks are going to collectively realize that they can kill whites and face the same consequences (no consequences).

The thing that is going to trigger it is videos like this one, where a black sees it and says “shiiet, I could do that!”

The media did a long run of “anti-Asian hate” hysteria, following the Handjob Center Massacre in Atlanta. That evil attack was done by a white man who was mentally ill and was likely a victim of mind control (hypnotism) while he had been interned in an inpatient mental health center.

Because the media had produced this high profile attack on Asians – which the cops themselves admitted was not racially motivated – they then tried to say that “white supremacy” was responsible for all of these Asians being hate-attacked on the street by blacks.

However, people apparently started to notice that this was blacks, so the national media dropped the “anti-Asian hate” narrative for now.

However, one news outlet has continued to cover anti-Asian attacks, and that is ABC 7 of San Francisco, California.

The station broke the story of the really horrible incident of a Vietnamese family being burglarized and the blacks pointing a gun at the head of a 7-year-old girl.

That story was from April 1, so less than six weeks ago.

People can now be arrested and charged with a crime for yelling at a black person.

A white woman could be charged with a hate crime after she called police on a black delivery driver and shouted racial abuse at him in Berkeley, California.

Julie Walrand, 35, is facing a string of charges over the April 18 incident, including using offensive words and willfully threatening a person based on their perceived characteristics, KRON4 reports.

Walrand and her boyfriend, who has not been identified, allegedly called 911 on Amazon driver Kendall McIntosh, claiming he was speeding through the streets of North Berkeley.

When McIntosh then stopped to make a delivery, Walrand pulled up next to him in her car and allegedly launched into an abusive tirade.

The black delivery driver claims he was subjected to a series of racial slurs, including the N-word.
