Caledonia's police chief speaks out after viral video claims officer planted evidence
CALEDONIA, Wis. — Caledonia’s police chief is speaking out after a viral video accused an officer of planting evidence in a vehicle.
“The allegation that the officer planted evidence is absolutely 100 percent untrue. And that was proven when we received all the body cam footage,” said Caledonia Police Chief Chris Botsch.

The police department also released two other body worn cameras from their officers that show the officer placing a plastic bag that was originally taken from the backseat passenger’s pocket by another officer, and given to the officer who put it in the car. An unidentified front seat passenger questions the officer as he put the baggie in the vehicle.
That video was posted to the Caledonia Police Department’s Facebook page. Here is part of the exchange:
Front seat passenger: “Hey bro you just threw that in here.”
Police officer: “Yeah, because it was in his pocket and I don’t want to hold on to it. It's on their body cam that they took it off of him, so.”
The officer says it is an empty baggie. Chief Botsch says it is not evidence and that is is basically trash.

“I think it is unfortunate that a short cell phone clip can generate all this negative attention. Luckily we do have body cameras and they support our version of events and lead us in a direction where we could quickly determine what had occurred in this incident,” said Botsch.
Body cameras are a relatively new addition for Caledonia police officers. They have had them since June of last year.
“If we did not have body cameras, I’m fearful that we would never really know what happened here, and there would be a cloud of suspicion on the officer and the police department,” said Botsch.
TMJ4 News checked to see what area police departments do not have body cameras. There are 15 other departments in Racine, Kenosha, Milwaukee and Waukesha counties that do not have body cameras:
- Cudahy Police
- Elm Grove Police
- Fox Point Police
- Franklin Police
- Hartland Police
- Kenosha Police
- Menomonee Falls Police
- Mukwonago Police
- New Berlin Police
- North Prairie Police
- Oak Creek Police
- Summit Police
- Waterford Police
- Waukesha Police
- Waukesha County Sheriff
According to Caledonia police, the car was pulled over for going 18 miles over the speed limit, and two of the people inside the car were not wearing their seat belts. So why the search?
“Aren’t those $10 tickets for not having a seat belt in the state of Wisconsin? You have maybe a person who gets a speeding ticket and two people who get seat belt violations?” asked TMJ4 News reporter Rebecca Klopf.
“They are $10 tickets in the state of Wisconsin. However, you have to be able to issue that citation to an individual, and if that individual doesn’t identify themselves, they don’t explain who they are, if they don’t say who they are - then you have to extend the length of that traffic stop because then you have to identify individuals who are unwilling to identify themselves,” said Botsch.
Police say the people inside the car gave permission for the search.
Botsch says the officer is not facing any discipline for the search. But the police department is reviewing the whole incident to see if the officers were following all policies and procedures.
“This is a good opportunity to review the entire incident from start to finish,” said Botsch. “This is an opportunity to look at it and make sure we are [correct]. And if we are not, then we should make corrections.”
Packers, Aaron Rodgers close to an agreement for at least this season: Reports
GREEN BAY — Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers does plan to play in Green Bay this season and is close to a new agreement with the team, according to reports on Monday.
Ian Rapoport first reported that sources close to the MVP said he does plan to play for the Packers this season and that many factors are still at play.
According to ESPN senior NFL Insider Adam Schefter, the team is offering concessions to Rodgers, and is "close to an agreement that would bring Aaron Rodgers back to Green Bay for at least this season," citing sources.
Schefter says the new agreement "would help set up Aaron Rodgers’ departure from Green Bay after this season."
The ESPN insider continues that the 2023 year in Rodgers’ contract would be voided in the agreement, "with no tags allowed in the future," according to sources.
According to the Associated Press, Packers president and CEO Mark Murphy said he’s optimistic Rodgers will play for the team this season.
Murphy said Rodgers hasn’t told him about his plans.
The Packers hold their first training camp workout this Wednesday.
Murphy said there is no scenario in which the team would trade Rodgers, according to the AP.

Caledonia police ‘internal review’ prompted by traffic stop video
CALEDONIA, Wis. - A Caledonia traffic stop has gone viral after a passenger claims an officer planted evidence in the vehicle. Caledonia police say that's not what happened.
Caledonia police released body camera footage of the traffic stop after that passenger said evidence was planted, saying their video tells a different story.
Passenger: "Hey, bro, what’s that?"
Officer: "What?"
Passenger: "That you threw in here."

It's an encounter that's gone viral.
Passenger: "I got you on camera, bro."
Officer: "I got you on camera, bro."
A passenger posted the Caledonia traffic stop on Facebook, claiming the officer planted evidence after he was seen throwing a small bag in the backseat.
Passenger: "Hey bro, you just threw that in here."

Caledonia police say the vehicle was pulled over Wednesday, July 21 after the driver was going 63 miles per hour in a 45 zone. The driver and rear passenger were removed from the vehicle. The officer's body camera was rolling as the officer searched the back passenger, reaching in his pocket, pulling out a small plastic bag and phone charger.
Officer: "Mind if I pat you down for weapons?"
He handed them to another officer, who handed the bag off to someone else.
Front passenger: "What's that?"
That officer threw the bag in the backseat as the front passenger questioned why.
Passenger: "Hey bro, you just threw that in here."
Officer: "Yeah, because it was in his pocket and I don't want to hold on to it."
The Caledonia officer told the person in the front seat police weren't trying to hide anything.

Officer: "It's all on their body cam that they took it off of them."
The two went back and forth, with the officer saying he did nothing wrong.
Officer: "It's an empty baggy at the moment, so OK, buddy."
The videos show two perspectives of a now-viral traffic stop.
Caledonia police said no drugs were found and no one was arrested. The driver was given a speeding ticket. Police said four officers were on scene, and they are going through six hours' worth of body camera and squad video, which is expected to be released.

FOX6 News reached out to all parties involved to get an on-camera comment, but no one got back to us.

SICKENING: Joe Biden ONCE AGAIN Talking About Drinking The Blood of Children!
Seriously, I wish this was made up but also, I cannot make this up or even attempt to make something up as sinister as this. It is beyond comprehension to me and I am sure it is beyond comprehension for you too.
Sadly, it is real.
Joe Biden the supposed President of the United States speaking about drinking the blood of children on national television.
However, it is not the only time that he has spoken about this disgusting topic, but the SECOND time in ONE day.
Yes, for real.
Here’s the first, you can watch it here on Rumble:
And here is the second one.
There is a reason why people call him Creepy Joe, folks.
This guy has talked about kids playing with the hair on his legs. Biden has been caught SNIFFING children and he has touched children inappropriately on camera.
Though the fact that he actually spoke about sucking children’s blood on his much-criticized Townhall is wild to say the very least.
It is obvious that he knows that we are all speaking about him in this way and is trying to make light of it but there is no way to make light out of something like this.
During the CNN town hall, Biden said:
The idea that the Democrats or the Biden is hiding people and sucking the blood of children, no I’m serious, that’s the — Now you may not like me and that’s your right.
Don’t you think it’s weird that he referred to himself in 3rd person?
I think it’s odd too!
Newsweek attempted to report on the story, but it appears to be defending Biden:
President Joe Biden has said the country needs to “get beyond” the QAnon conspiracy theory and addressed one of the central claims of the conspiracy head on.
Biden spoke at a CNN town hall event on Wednesday and warned that the leaders of other countries were “wondering” about whether the U.S. would “get it together” in the 21st century.
The QAnon conspiracy theory posits, among other claims, that there is an international cabal of Satan-worshiping pedophiles which includes senior Democrats and possibly Biden himself. The president dismissed that conspiracy.
Biden discussed the QAnon conspiracy theory and appeared saddened that some people believed it.
“But some of the stuff—I mean, QAnon. The idea that the Democrats—or Biden is hiding people and sucking the blood of children.”
Seeing the audience’s reaction, Biden said: “No, I’m serious.”
The president said it was fine to dislike him and choose not to vote for him but argued that conspiracy theories were a problem.
“The kinds of things that are being said of late, I think you’re beginning to see some of the—and by Democrats as well—sort of the venom, sort of leak out of a lot. We’ve got to get beyond this.”
“What do you say to your grandchildren or your children about what’s happening? Do you ever remember a time like this before in the entire history, whether you’re a Democrat or a Republican? This is not who we are,” Biden said.
“And I’ll say one last thing: You’re gonna—I’ve had a lot of experience internationally and — mean, not good or bad, just I have—I chaired the Foreign Relations Committee, I’ve been deeply involved,” Biden went on.
“I did national security for our last—the administration with Barack [Obama]. But folks, the rest of the world’s wondering about us. Those of you who’ve traveled abroad—it’s not a joke. Not a joke.”
He said that leaders at the recent G7 summit expressed concerns about the U.S. and asked, “Will the country ever get it together?”
Biden said that Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin are “betting” on autocracies and don’t believe a democracy like the U.S. can prevail in the 21st century.
This is disgusting and I don’t even know what to say about any of it anymore but just shake my head and pray for a revival since Jesus is the only one to fix this mess we are in.
From Vox Popoli:
We were warned
The plans of Satan's children are becoming increasingly obvious to everyone these days, but an Orthodox monk warned Christians of them more than 25 years ago:
On a remote, narrow peninsula in the Aegean Sea lies the monastic republic of Mt. Athos, spiritual heart of the Orthodox Christian world. For centuries monks have lived and prayed here for the salvation of their souls and the world, and every devout Orthodox Christian male strives to make the pilgrimage to Mt. Athos at least once in his life. Elder Paisios (1924-1994) is considered by many to have been the Holy Mount’s greatest ascetic of the 20th Century. Over the course of his life the words of this humble Greek monk, who came to be honored by believers as an “holy elder”, were recorded by the thousands who journeyed to seek his advice and prophecies....
The Zionists are already preparing their messiah. For them the false-messiah will be king, will rule here, on earth. A great discord will arise. In this discord everyone will clamor for a king to save them. At that moment they’ll offer up their man, who’ll say: “I’m the Imam, I’m the fifth Buddha, I’m the Christ whom Christians are awaiting. I’m the one whom the Jehovah’s Witnesses have been waiting for. I’m the Jewish messiah.
Difficult times are ahead. Great trials await us. Christians will suffer great persecutions. Meanwhile, it’s obvious that people don’t understand that we’re on the verge of the end times, that the seal of the Antichrist is becoming a reality. As if nothing’s happening. That’s why Holy Scripture says that even the chosen will be deceived.
The Zionists want to rule the earth. To achieve their ends they use black magic and satanism. They regard satan-worship as a means to gain the strength they need to carry out their plans. They want to rule the earth using satanic power.
God is not something they take into account. One sign that the fulfillment of prophecy is near will be the destruction of the Mosque of Omar in Jerusalem. They’ll destroy it in order to restore the Temple of Solomon which used to be on the same place.
In the end the Jews will pronounce the Antichrist messiah in this rebuilt temple. The rabbis know that the true Messiah has already come and that they crucified Him. They know this, and yet they are blinded by egotism and fanaticism.
I used to wonder what was meant by people, including some Christians, being deceived en masse, but ever since I started seeing all the nonsense about "our judeochristian heritage" and other obvious historical falsehoods such as the Jewish roots of Western civilization and America being an idea that belongs to the world instead of a proper nation and Sweden being a nation of immigrants, it became clear that the Great Deception involved convincing nominal Christians to submit to the god of this world.
Ecumenicism, inclusivity, and falsehoods are the easiest tells. Jesus Christ teaches again and again about division, strife, and separation, even among families, whereas the satanic parody of him promises to be everything to everyone in unity. And as for those of you who still foolishly subscribe to Holocaustianity and judeochristianity and Israel uber alles despite your nominal faith, allow me to remind you of what the Bible says about you.
Should you help the wicked and love those who hate the Lord? Because of this, the wrath of the Lord is on you.
While it makes no sense to hate anyone for nothing more than their ethnic heritage and it is wrong to deny Israel its right to exist, it is even more foolish to permit wicked people relying upon satanic power to rule over you without resistance because you are afraid that someone, somewhere, might call you "anti-semitic". The spiritual war between the Walkers of the Narrow Way and the Children of the Devil is real, and it shouldn't take a demented Antipresident babbling about drinking the blood of children in public for you to understand that the war is already upon you.

Notice
My computer is dying. It has trouble starting up and usually goes to the Windows Startup Repair utility. This morning, however, it just wouldn't boot up. Obviously, I got it started, but I'm not sure I could do it again. I have a new computer on the way, but I don't know when I'll get it. Meantime, if this site isn't updated for awhile, you'll know why.
Joe Biden 'has to be taken out of circulation' after 'rambling about men on the moon'
COVID case numbers ‘skyrocketing’ in the United States
Did you hear that? 20% of new covid cases are among the vaccinated. Some doctors are saying that if you're vaccinated, your chances of getting covid are less than that of being struck by lightning. Are your chances of being hit by lightning 20%? Why do the lies continue?

Unvaccinated snow leopard at San Diego Zoo catches COVID-19
SAN DIEGO (AP) — An unvaccinated snow leopard at the San Diego Zoo has contracted COVID-19.
Caretakers noticed that Ramil, a 9-year-old male snow leopard, had a cough and runny nose on Thursday. Later, two separate tests of his stool confirmed the presence of the coronavirus, the zoo said in a statement Friday.
Ramil is not showing additional symptoms, the zoo said, but because he shares an enclosure with a female snow leopard and two Amur leopards, the staff assumes they have been exposed. As a result, the animals were quarantined and their exhibit was closed.
It’s unclear how Ramil got infected.
In January, a troop of eight gorillas at the zoo’s sister facility, San Diego Zoo Safari Park, contracted COVID-19 from a keeper who had the virus but showed no symptoms.
The gorilla troop, which has since recovered, became the first known example of the virus infecting apes.
The case prompted the zoo to request an experimental COVID-19 vaccine for animals for emergency use. The vaccine from Zoetis, animal health company that was once part of Pfizer, was administered to species most at risk of contracting COVID-19, including several primates and big cats.
However, Ramil had not been vaccinated before his infection.
There is no vaccine mandate for the staff, but unvaccinated employees are required to wear masks at all times, the zoo said.
Packers' Aaron Rodgers and Davante Adams post cryptic photo about a 'last dance'
GREEN BAY — In what they dubbed “The Last Dance,” Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen led the 1997-98 Chicago Bulls to what would be the last of their six NBA championships before they went their separate ways amid a management-led breakup of the team.
Are Aaron Rodgers and Davante Adams contemplating a similar farewell to Green Bay?
On Friday night, both posted an identical photo of Jordan and Pippen to their Instagram Story accounts:
Rodgers has scarcely been heard from since ESPN reported on the first day of the NFL draft in April that the star quarterback no longer wanted to play for the Packers. His future (or lack of one) in Green Bay has been the biggest talking point of the NFL offseason.
Adams made headlines Friday when it was reported that contract-extension talks with the Packers had broken off. Adams has one more year left on his contract. He is said to be seeking to replace Arizona’s DeAndre Hopkins as the NFL’s highest-paid receiver.
What is the meaning behind their near-simultaneous posts of the Jordan/Pippen photo? Could it mean Rodgers intends to stick around one more season and join Adams in trying to win what has been an elusive Super Bowl crown in their final season together?
Or is it merely a show of solidarity between two star players who have chosen to lock horns with Packers management.
We may find out soon: Packers training camp opens Tuesday.
Man posts viral video of Caledonia traffic stop, police post body cam footage in response
A Racine man posted a video to Facebook during a traffic stop, claims police threw something in his backseat
A video out of Caledonia, Wisconsin, made waves on the internet during the day Saturday.
A man who goes by the Facebook name "La Savoo" posted a video of his experience during a traffic stop with Caledonia police.
In the video, "La Savoo" a man from Racine, records an officer walking up to his car as the officer appears to toss something in the backseat.
"La Savoo" is heard asking the officer, "Hey Bro what's that?"
The officer is heard responding "What's what?"
La Savoo responded, "What you just threw in here. I got you on camera, bro."
Only a few seconds of the encounter were posted online initially. The Village of Caledonia Police Department Chief Christopher Botsch responded on Facebook and posted body cam footage of the incident Saturday night. In the Facebook post, police said they pulled the car over for speeding 63 mph in a 45 mph zone.
The police post on Facebook said:
"The rear passengers were not wearing their seatbelts and were asked to identify themselves. The driver and rear passengers were later removed from the vehicle. A subsequent search of one of the rear passengers produced an empty corner tear (corner of a plastic baggie) from a passenger’s pocket. The empty corner tear did NOT contain any illegal substance; however, this type of packaging is a common method for holding illegal drugs."
In the officer's body camera video you hear the exact same encounter "La Savoo" posted on social media, but from the officer's point of view.
La Savoo said, "Hey bro you just threw that in here."
The officer responded, "Yeah because it was in his pocket and I don't want to hold on to it.
12 News reached out to "La Savoo" multiple times on several different social media platforms for comment and additional details. He did not respond.
Police said the incident is still under internal review. It's unclear if the officer is still on duty during the internal review.
No arrests were made as a result of the bag incident. The only "arrest/citation arising from this incident was a speeding citation issued to the driver," according to Police.
Police said there are a total of 6 hours of video. All videos will be released in their entirety.
